The Painted Cakes

I was born and raised in South Africa, relocated to Portugal where I stayed for 12 years and learned many amazing recipes, both savoury and sweet. From there, I moved to the United States of America where I lived for another 12 years. I completed multiple pastry and cake courses in this time, which is where I developed my passion for baking. I have recently returned to South Africa with my husband and children and founded The Painted Cakes. I am excited to be launching this new business, and hope to provide a satisfying and sweet experience for all present and future clients!
